Meet the author · My Journey

Dr. Arleen A. Fuller, Ph.D.

Dr. Arleen A. Fuller is an Amazon bestselling author of more than 30 books and eBooks, an educator, and founder of the Fuller Life System™ and The T.R.A.U.M.A Center, Inc. Her work brings together faith, personal reflection, and a commitment to rebuilding lives and strengthening families.

A two-time survivor of domestic violence, Dr. Fuller draws from her own journey through family secrets, church abuse, religious trauma, illness, depression, and oppression. Following her divorce from an abusive husband—the father of her three children—she began rebuilding her life and addressing the pain she had carried. Her journey has also included overcoming daily chronic migraines and receiving a diagnosis of manic depression after an illness with malaria in Ghana.

Unbury the Pain grew from these lived experiences and her work supporting individuals and communities. Through honest reflection, spiritual encouragement, and practical exercises, she invites readers to acknowledge buried pain, recognize its impact, and take steps toward renewed hope and purpose.

Her message is deeply personal: your past does not have to be your final chapter.
